Company operated by charts and graphs, not people
Pros
Wish I could think of one
Cons
No loyalty to employees, but only to shareholders. I was with a smaller company that was acquired by Arcadis and Arcadis ran this company into the ground. All they are looking to do is monopolize the industry while the CEO's, CFO's, investors, etcetera get rich and the employes are treated like factory workers. I had so many bosses who had bosses that had bosses, it doesn't surprise me they all care about the bottom line, cause all the profit is paying dividends to people who don't manage clients. The CEO makes $650,000 a year, with a 40-75% annual bonus, and the average employee, the one who's doing the work for the clients gets 3% salary increases, and 0% annual bonuses...Something doesn't seem right. Bottom line is they don't treat employees like they're valued. If you want loyal employees and clients who believe in what you are selling, you have to give your employees a reason to want to work for you.
