Cons

Constant bottom line pressure, given stockholder responsibilities. Still some historical poor mgmt that has held us back and has yet to be dealt with.

High.competitive team work, very experienced staff, great opportunities to create a big network for your furure career.

Cons

The pressure is very high from the side of your supervisors, there is just a few or non existance guidance for the first days of training so some newcomers young people can feel disoriented.
