Management are solid "engineering business people" who understand that sustainability requires solid buinsee principals be applied to the company. Yes, you must be profitable in order to be a sustainable organization.

Cons

Dealing with the realities of a very agressively managed company. Not much time to relax and take a breather.

Pros

Decent pay and OK overtime, flexible hours, great technical resource structure and mentoring, technically challenging projects, good in-house training program, good health insurance, weirdly generous spot bonus program.

Cons

- Ruthless cost-cutting management structure which is low road and rewards quantity over quality both in project and personnel. - Favoritism is rampant and highly encouraged and has nothing to do with talent (worse in some offices). - Corporate management via pre-recorded video. - Tuition reimbursement policy is a Joke. - Very high turnover environment

Excellent projects. The company really attempts to recruit high end talent and offer innovative approaches to remediation science and engineering. Can be easy to work in many locations in the US and abroad, and persue professional interests. Company encourages and supports professional development and continuing education and training. Easy to relocate between offices or work from an employee desired home base.

Cons

Like many large concerns, the goals for employee support for family and professional development are often overstated. A rosy picture is subsumed by the bottom line of very high billability requirements.
