      Cons

      Leadership are reactive and lack vision. Talk a lot but say little. Lip service paid to equality and Its who you know and not your skill. Men dominate the leadership hierarchy and the partnership is a boys club. Dated and out of touch.

      False / Fake Senior Management team, very cliquish and liars who show zero respect for others with looking after themselves their prime agenda. Hired on false pretenses. Terrible work environment. Poor place for new college placements as they have no program in place, employee needs to find their own work to stay "billable" . Would highly recommend to steer clear
