Cons

Pay was not great, but the amazing benefits were good. They did have overtime and bonus opportunities during COVID.

I can't complain about the pay but in all honesty, it's not worth the lack of respect from administration.

Cons

It's insane to say, but I think I would rather work for HCA. At least they have processes and procedures and some resources as bare minimum as they are.
