Incredible colleagues! Some of the smartest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. A very visionary place to work where BIG ideas are encouraged.

Cons

The founder has serious founders syndrome and is very controlling. The organisation doesn't make as much impact as it should and could. Definitely not a place where you feel the sum is greater than the parts.
