exposure to lots of really interesting people - staff, people, & partners. The community is all about innovation and vision, very stimulating intellectually. Unique opportunity to observe a very successful entrepreneur and visionary in Bill Drayton who has changed the conversation at a global level.

Cons

institution suffers from founderitis - bless his heart. micromanagement of marketing and finance in particular holds the institution back. Global HR has improved but still not a lot of options for career pathing.

They want everyone to be a change maker. Really encourage innovation and team work. Diversity is very important as well.

Cons

It can be stressful since its a non-profit and the budget is not large. Also it won't get you rich.
