Startup life - fast growing comes with it's challenges so if you're not used to rolling up your sleeves and getting after it then you will struggle.

I’m an oldie, so saying that this company has that can-do family spirit of the late 90’s won’t mean that much to some readers, but believe me it’s been a rare commodity in recent years. These guys are totally committed to their mission, and it’s all too easy to forget that a vital part of any mission is knowing the rest of the team have your back, and you theirs - I’ve worked in a lot of places but this is the most fun I’ve had since I started my own years back. And, given that I can’t sell something I don’t believe in, the tech under the hood is really impressive, the value-prop, everything…

Cons

Lockdown helped a lot with it culturally, but running a global operation remotely has its TZ challenges, which is hardly a gripe, I just didn’t want to leave it blank
