Pros

There is a reason they got the Great Place To Work badge because the company at its core really do care about their employees. The renumeration package is beyond fair as the care extends to the family members of the employees. It is mostly work from home so the flexibility in working arrangements is something notable. My experience has been great so far.

Cons

Probably that there are so much changes that happens here and there that some parts of supposed learning curve in adapting to new projects or new capacity ownership gets delayed, blocked, deferred, or overlooked.
