You will work with incredibly smart people and learn a lot. It's got a strong culture with great flexible working and leave policies which makes work-life balance attainable, paired with really interesting projects

Cons

Same issues as any big corporate apply. Very vertical hierarchy at times and gotta jump through hoops to get things going. Unless you're following a typical engineering career progression it's hard to move up the ranks without jumping to other teams / business areas (although being able to move laterally is admittedly a plus)
