Really interesting and unique projects with an incredible team. Management is very supportive and invested in seeing employees progess. Work life balance is prioritised and social aspects are good.

Cons

Pretty minor but was lagging a little behind industry competitors in terms of employee benefits. Still had a decent package but could improve on this.
