Aurecon gives excellent opportunities for learning to junior engineers and trainees. I have seen many professionals develop their careers from very junior positions to a high level there. Working environment is fantastic there, everyone respects each other. No micro-management as well.

Cons

Growth in remuneration probably is not promising for all, but I have seen many people working there more than 15 years or so.
