Management cares about the well being and career advancement of employee

Cons

A few employee treat the Company as though it is theirs, especially the Singapore executive assistant serving the senior management . She will bring her children to all Company events and let her children move around in the office freely. This behavior does not portray the Company as a multinational corporation at all
