* flexible working arrangements * DEI embraced * management cares about their people - mental health, family commitments etc * learning from subject matter experts across a vast array of disciplines * diverse work * lots of opportunity and support for career progression

* usual billable % gripe * workload can be very intense * difficult to get approval for external training * career pathways are a bit narrow (but there is growing support for the square pegs in round holes) * corporate messaging * overly punitive on late timesheets
