Good projects sometimes, options to gain skills and develop professionally, pushing for diversity in work culture
Cons
refusal to take a stance in regards to climate/environmental issues or any politics in order to keep business relationships with problematic companies, low interest and culture in sustainability, old boys club, unwelcoming toxic masc environment sometimes, many unethical projects, growth and profit obsessed, kpi system pushes employees into extra uncontracted hours with no overtime, all training almost entirely self driven with no/dated resources, low pay, lots of talk about flexibility and work life balance but management reluctant to apply
