the people, work diversity, ability to move around different offices

Cons

management are obsessed with self analysis and creating an image to the market. Reality is that staff are poorly paid under resourced and well behind competitors with regard to innovation and culture. CEO is driving a culture of self obsession and ruthlessness to the point where staff all have a target on their back .
