None other than a regular low pay.

Cons

This is a large employer who has a very bad track record in treating their employees with any sort of humanity or concern for their well-being as people. Their only concern is money, money, money. Their employees are badly paid and Autecon are inflexible with their employment conditions, their only interest is in making a profit, and their staff are treated badly. They totally disregard the conditions of fair work of Australia and flout this law continually . Do not, do not, I suggest work with this crowd. They have a new CEO who is ruthless and un concerned about people. It’s all about profit for her and her management team.

Cons

Slow career progress, limited by org expansion rather than led by your skills and performance Salary seems comparatively low Leadership conservative, Australian run executive de-humanises decision-making and is out of touch with realities of the business Siloed teams and conservative growth strategy Disconnect between ridiculously overdone (and surely hugely expensive) internal 'culture' programmes and the reality of how the business is run day to day
