      Pros

      International environment, payment above local average, good work environment.

      Cons

      Difficult moment with headcount reduction. BAT offers benefits above local average but Mexico has extremely lower benefits compared to other countries where BAT is present, so although it is above average, it might not be satisfactory for foreigners.
