      - Investment in people development - Never a routine! - Going through a strong transformation of the industry, which brings great opportunities

      Cons

      - Too much centralization, which leaves not much high level opportunities in locations other than London if you want to grow in the organisation - Industry transformation is creating a hectic environment, with very high workload and disorganized environment at the moment
