      Pros

      Standard self autonomy with plenty of scope to show off ones abilities. Also a product in very competitive environment where their is a certain level of job security.

      Cons

      Having to deal with consistant perception standards from those outside the industry. Also level of some attitudes of people in fmcg who do not want to understand the value of our business to theirs.

      Although BAT had everything I wanted in any company, there was still a lack of diversity in top management, which was why I left.
