People (except general manager) that keeps us alive and help us go through each day
Cons
- Toxic and unrespectful management --> General manager shouting at people in every meeting he's in --> No respect from top management for lower hierarchy (we are considered as the servants for those "kings") --> No possibility to speak up at the risk of being fired - No evolution perspective - A lot of extra work and hours - A lot of pressure from top management and general manager --> BAT is no longer the great compagny it used to be unfortunately.
