      Flexibility, adaptability, integrity, openness. This Company is as open as you can be in a controversial business. Outstanding science on current and future products is being developed here.

      Cons

      I find there is still an excessive level of controls and bureaucracy. Also, despite the enormous progress already happening, the Company would keep eliminating fragmentation

      History of solid year-on-year performance. Genuinely responsible player in a controversial industry.

      Cons

      Industry facing systemic volume decline. Systemic volume decline leads to down pricing across the industry. Down pricing leads to margin erosion. Margin erosion leads to tremendous cost pressures, excessive restructuring and limited growth funding.
