      BAT gives you the stretching experience that will make you leave your comfort zone and expand your capabilities to rhe next level. All the challenges this industry faces really make you to be on your toes, ahead of any other FMCG.

      Work life balance sometimes is difficult to achieve. Not only because of the nowadays pressure but mainly because of the high performance culture in place.

      Pros

      People working for a while in this company usually do not notice what a good company is. There's a very good overall reward package, the company has excellent practices in order to develop its employees and there's no layers when it comes to do your job, so you can work with very senior people at the top level on a regular basis.

      Cons

      The company compares a lot with itself and there's a lack of vision in terms of what are the trends in the market. This is not only about products. Innovation is something that we talk a lot, but it takes years to become a reality. This is cross-function and you can see either when we are talking about products, processes or technology. Also in the past years the measures to keep the business going have been a bit excessive when it comes to costs.
