      Pros

      - Good Salary and benefits. - Good year bonus, based on performance results. - Good Career opportunity and growth within the company - Good working environment. Friendly people. - People are pushed and driven to achieve excellence, but without being an over competitive environment. - Lots of team working between departments and countries - You will be giving interesting projects and challenges.

      Cons

      - Industry situation will continue to make the company structure vulnerable to change. - It´s a big machine, everything is controlled and centralized. So there is very little room for innovation. - Your career plan is not entirely controlled by you. They shuffle you around like a pawn. - Not a family friendly company. Work from home, or other more flexible work forms are frowned upon. - For a women to succeed, you need to be childless. - Not a very modern company in terms of use of technology. Very old style. Kind of a boring employer.

      Pros

      Good benefits, nice insurance plan (Health and Retirement). Bonus is higher than companies with same level.

      Cons

      Too much political structure. Everything takes too much to happen. Several cycles of planning. No incentives for inovation. Lack of trainning.
