      Great people inside, a company you would like to retire from, nice workplace and good overall benefits in health for example.

      Offices are not in friendly neighborhoods, lots of traffic, no restaurants, too far away from places you need to go once in a while.

      Very low or non-existing moral among employees you need to work 6 years before you get promoted. you need to know the right people in order to get a promotion very operational. No skill-set is really needed.
