      -Work from home authorised 3 days a week.

      Cons

      -Uncompetent managers (not involved, not aware, not consistent, not reliable) -Progresses/evolution and work evaluations based on friendships rather than accomplishments -Massive turnover since months and managers not undertaking any changes. -Mobbing reported (leading to employee departure) but not assessment or actions taken against mobbers.
