      Pros

      Nice office environment. Good salary and bonus scheme. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Negatively competitive people and horrible work life balance, at least for me and some colleagues. You are assigned tasks that are not in your job description only because you are the youngest in the department even though you are already burned out, working 10 to 13 hours a day.

      British American Tobacco provides with Competitive pay and benefit in general across the world, which is widely well known and consistent

      Corporate culture is very top down and leadership is generally home grown m, some of which might not necessarily have a desired skillset - very insular focusing on operational matter vs long term.
