      Pros

      There are great people that work in the company and the location and office is good. Pays generally better than average and the annual bonus is fair and usually significant. Flexible working works well.

      Cons

      There are little benefits working for BAT. Where there used to be good opportunities to work overseas this is no longer the case. There also is very little culture left. People work out of fear of the CEO rather than because it is a good place to work. Senior Management lack people management skills and this in turn means that a large number of employees would prefer to leave the company.
