Reporting lines that link to Global head office in London create a lack of visibility, lack of accountability, inconsistent performance, inconsistent recognition. Decreasing management and leadership training and development = decreasing quality of managers Bullies operate unchecked - culture where poor behaviour is accepted when an individuals performance metrics look good.
