      Great salary, package and benefits Good commitment to training courses Some opportunity for overseas travel (has reduced a lot recently)

      Out of control politics - Progression entirely dependent on relationships rather than performance/results Bullying is rife Sexism is rife - especially in sales dept If you enjoy this type of environment, this is the company for you.

      Pros

      The people at BATM are smart, hardworking, ambitious. A great place to work in to meet like-minded individuals. I enjoy working with my peers, people are friendly. Salary is still competitive, great benefits. Highlights: full medical coverage for employee, spouse and children, cigarette ration, free food at cafeteria, in-house clinic. The company is trying hard to implement work-life balance with flexi hours and work from home options. Its still in the early stages and would like to see how it pans out. Culture is very much work hard and smart to get your promotion. Good place to have a career in. Prepare to put in the hours.

      Cons

      Visibility is key at BATM. The top management needs to know your achievements and are aware of your standings to progress in this company. A little difficult to learn things from others, due to the workload. BATM workload is pretty heavy, going home at 6pm everyday is not common practice.

      Very poor corporate culture, no values Environment with no trust, a lot of micro management, highly political Management is poorly trained to standard management practices though very arrogant HR practices are outdated
