      Pros

      I've considered BAT to be one of the best places I've worked in for a very long time. Generally it is very respect driven atmosphere, pay and bonus is very competitive. Overall good perks and decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      A company is only as good as the people working there. Do not join the Data & Analytics department. It was a really good place between 2019 and 2022, but has deteriorated drastically since it's changed its leadership. Currently people are getting fired bit by bit, there is a lot of lying, and chaotic team changes that are not rooted in any analysis, just to be changed again after a few months. Uncertainty is through the roof and one is always at the risk of being fired. Leadership overpromises, overworks its employees and treats them with outmost lack of respect if things fail. Do not join this toxic team.

      - Good development opportunities - International exposure

      Cons

      - Management needs to make faster decisions and provide clear direction - Too many pre alignments to satisfy hierarchical structure and ways of working - Not innovative and resistant to change - Poor work/life balance - Poor work setup including old monitors with poor display which ruins your eyes. Old keyboard and mouse provided - No microwave to heat lunch
