      Pros

      All the perks you can imagine, expense account and company car that you can take to the US for personal reasons - shopping or vacation - and they will pay the gas for it even if you go all the way to Florida

      Cons

      Lone wolf type of job - you are pretty much on your own - you meet your boss and peers once a month and have a regional/national meeting every 3-6 months. Manager supposed to go out with you on trade tours once a month but in reality is more like once every 2-3 months. Terrible with/for promotions if you do not have an insider to prop you.

      Pros

      A company that develops leaders at every level. All benefits have been designed to motivate employees and retaining them. People is one of the very important pillar. All BAT employee live with the values that drives the company to its best. The best is the ownership of the job that employees do.

      Cons

      Risk of being complacent. Competition is mighty and can attack at any corner.

      Fast career moves are possible. Paid well enough. Good to get experience

      Cons

      Too much politics taking over vs. common sense. Not much of innovation, real forward thinking. Tobacco marketing is super restricted.
