      Pros

      A very good company in KL overall. Very good employee benefits and pay. The company culture is again commendable!

      Cons

      Although the overall company culture is good, there are some bad apples in leadership in the Data & Analytics space. No transparency from top down. Some leaders propagate to rectify what the previous leaders have done in the past, do a lot of restructures and politics, but rather end up worsening the progress than what it was before. The Data & Analytics function is caught up in a regular hire and fire process, which in fact is doing the company more harm than good. It is just a matter of time until the current leadership is fired and new leaders brought in again.

      Cons

      [BAT Indonesia] - Very bad culture & work ethic imprinted on the leaders that passes down to employee - Questionable leadership skills from grade 35 & 36 - are they really fit for the title & responsibilities? - Too many politics going on hinders a lot of progress (both work progress and career development progress) - Overall, bad leadership and culture needs to change ASAP or else employee will not have loyalty
