It’s a tobacco company so the minute you join you will forever be faced with discrimination from other potential employers who do not want tobacco people joining. Believe me, this is real!! They tell you it’s moving to a “consumer goods’ company but still it’s just a tobacco company and where all their revenue and profit comes from..check annual report Poor management, most have been there a loooong time so very comfortable in the current culture of its who you know. Manage upwards but have no time for their teams and don’t back you Newcomers don’t last long and have very high turnover..have seen many come and go very quickly and regret their decision to join Business strategy will never work - they want to move into other industries e.e. Vape but they can never compete as they pay their senior execs outrageous salary vs low cost producers popping up everywhere/low barrier to entry Many other better multinationals to join so if I had my time again I would join another one with better culture ethics, and most importantly, leaders
