Since all the merges this company is becoming the worst company to work for especially if you are brown. They are not in touch with what's going on in the world with racism. It's based off of a good ole' boy system. If management doesn't like you based off of feelings (not work ethic) your career would end with them. Rules apply only to "certain" (brown) people. Nothing is ever written, everything is verbal so that no one could ever be held accountable.
