Cons

Honesty is not appreciated, even if it benefits the company. Sometimes management prefer to be fed with a rosy picture instead of the truth.

Total reward package is very good Excellent healthcare arrangements Some interesting work undertaken for the group Very friendly and sociable team Globe house is an easy commute if you life in our around London

Cons

Very limited to no promotion prospects once you get to manager level Lack of career progression plans, or ignoring step plans for progression by senior management No clear communication from management on important issues such as redundancies and cuts Senior management promote their 'favourites' regardless of the performance of other team members.

Varied & interesting work (not pigeonholed) Ability to work from home 1 day a week (hours can be high) Very good pay higher up the ladder Genuine coaching/supportive culture (while things are going well to middling)

Cons

Management - progression through the ranks very much depends on your manager Management - espouse leadership & individual ownership of results, however when significant issues/challenges occur revert to a blame mentality apparently driven by a strong tendency to protect their personal KPI's/bonuses (which can be substantial dollars)
