      Pros

      hybrid working is a huge benefit. Salary is the same their competitors. Managers and general managers of the departments are two-faced. "One team" culture just a hallicination. Improve yourself and look for another job after a while if you want to improve yourself.

      Cons

      There is NOT a manager - worker relation generally for the teams. If you have a incompetent manager, sorry. You will aged very fast or resing at the end.
