Pros
- Its ITIL framework is old but works fine and adresses issues well when you consider country standards - Competitive salary for security related jobs, good salary for system related ones - Paid overwork - Four days home-office in a week -
Cons
- Micro-management - Kanban doesn't work well, agile methodology is understood wrong (scrum works fine though) - Lack of sharing culture - Sadly, the people in management roles generally are not well-equipped
