Awful management. Anonymous surveys handed out and management want to know who answered negatively !!! Management go against everything the company stand for and get away with it, company love to send out emails daily about how you’re valued but it’s just token corporate speak - they really don’t care about employees well-being Training is hit and miss Avoid,Avoid,Avoid -unless you’re willing to sell your soul to the devil for a few gold coins but in the end you’ll still be physically and mentally ill ! Management don’t want to put anything in writing because then there’s evidence - it’s all phone calls
