You never know what the day will bring. Fights , drama , machine break downs.

Cons

Everything !!!!!!! It’s almost like being in a cult of managers and employees that spent their lives there. It’s the most toxic place u could ever work for. They talk down and belittle you. They will try to bully you so please come in the door being more resilient than a marine. If you’re a person of color chances are you will do most of the labor.
