Poor management style, too many knee jerk reactions, military style HR

The people working in management are all incredibly narcissistic. They only promote people in there who have names for themselves as bullies. They manufacturing floor is made up of the strangest people I have ever met. They view themselves as “one big family” and can become incredibly obsessive and stalker-ish. If you leave your phone unattended for a second, they will go through it. They are very strange and really don’t seem to know how to behave like normal human being. Expect lots of creepy and/or childlike behaviour.
