      Pros

      The employees and managers will help you succeed here. It is a friendly and cooperative working environment. Pay as an intern is pretty good.

      Cons

      Need to jump through lots of hoops to get certain things done, which affects the effectivity of certain tasks.

      Pros

      Overall a great experience. It was very interesting to be able to work with cutting edge machinery and experimentation methods. All of the people were extremely nice and helpful throughout the course of the summer internship.

      Cons

      There wasn't much collaboration with others or oversight of my job until the very end of the summer. Additionally I had only one task to complete over the entire course of the summer and at some points there would be nothing at all for me to do for a day or two.
