Disaster of a leadership team with few exceptions. The fact that they deliver on the targets is purely driven by the ability at manager levels, and not the leadership and talent of the leadership team. The senior leaders offices are next to each other and they work in a vacuum/silo of each other. The reputation and relationships with internal functions and LOB leaders/execs is poor and adversarial. The high turnover (churn and burn) of managers is reason driven.... for which there are many. The culture of the org is driven by the CPO and is fear based with poor respect to staff members at GCM/Manager level. Lack of desire of leaders to recruit from strong diversified talent pool with strong individual thinking is evident. Be ready NOT to speak up, contribute alternative ideas and thought leadership as it is NOT respected.
