      The money can be good.

      12 hour rotating shifts are not healthy. Management is not qualified for their positions.

      Distrust subordinates and Play Politics

      Pros

      Got all kinds of training. A lot of chances to learn.

      Cons

      My manager did not trust employees. My in-laws passed away and I told him I probably need a bereavement leave to accompany my wife and attend the funeral. He said you might need to prove the death. My manager liked to play politics rather than focusing on get projects done on time. He did not allow employees do things proactively, such as reaching out other team members for info and document directly. Employees can only do these through him.

      Challenging environment that gives you the opportunity to progress at your own direction.

      Cons

      A constant stream of additions to upper management bloat, accompanied with cutbacks at the lower levels to meet shareholder objectives. What used to be a great place to work, has now transformed into a place everyone is looking for a way out of. Turnover and moral are both out of control. Job fairs are regularly held, and the company can't hire as fast as they are leaving.
