      Pros

      1/ Most middle managers are more experience and good at leadership skills. 2/ Most colleagues mind their own business, less prying and are supportive when needed. 3/ Great products

      Cons

      1/HR department is really bad at recruiting for Vietnam country business director position which has too much bad reputation in the market (bullying style, harassment, black-hat-hacking in business). 2/ There are positions ( including the top position in SEA) that always worry about their own rice bowl and personal benefit rather than caring about business and employees. 3/ For those who are looking for a job, consider carefully because of the culture of miscommunication and bullying that has been invading BD Vietnam for the past 6 months
