      Pros

      - Good coworkers who are committed to their roles and the company’s impact. - Successful adaptation to a hybrid work environment. - Employees have the best tools and resources for their jobs. - Strong belief in the company’s impact on global health, driving a sense of purpose.

      Cons

      - Siloed organization that hampers cross-departmental collaboration. - Diversity & Inclusion is stated as a value but not reflected in upper management. - Limited opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.

      More people leaving than starting. Big turn around of people.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits and nice office environment to work in, very quiet most days as everyone’s seems to be working from home these days.

      Cons

      High turnover of staff resulting in skills lost and long time required to train new starters, lots of confused communication and very little interaction with management. High pressure on a daily basis with little or no additional resource to help. Lots of delegation and pressure on the staff below management level. Too many layers on this Onion. Everyone working from home and ignoring the request to come back to the office for 2 or 3 days a week which tells you that moral is at rock bottom.
