This is an every man for himself environment. Lots of politics to navigate if you want to be successful or have a future in the executive ranks. Too many regulations for companies to gain technological competitive advantages. Regulatory bodies have overreaching compliance requirements that do not allow for project deployments less than a year.

FULL OF BULLYING AND HARRASSMENT The issues I was having was brought to HRs attention and numerous managers. I was wrongfully terminated due to a medical issue which kept me out of work for approximately 1 week. They don’t follow the employee handbook and every day was a constant struggle because of all of the constant bullying going on that management refused to address. They’d rather sweep it under the rug. Plenty of discrimination here especially in Conquest/Atlas SA.
