Pros
Only if you are a fresh graduate looking for experience. It's an opportunity to learn the job before moving on with you career.
Cons
When they see you are a hard worker, they will overwhelm you with responsibilities. When I refused to keep doing the extra work without the promised rais , I was told by a manager : "too bad, some people only want money out of their jobs". The HR department is incompetent. Turnover is really high. No communication between management and the staff. The salaries are amongst the lowest in the market.
