Nice place if you are just looking for a place to retire in
Pros
- very nice people (as friends) - decent welfares, some progression opportunities - work life balance can be a little difficult but still better than a lot other MNCs. - If you are truly passionate about medical/health care industry, or just looking for a stable job for the rest of your career, this is a great place.
Cons
- Few capable people are willing to take initiatives. Most are perfectly happy with stagnant environment and reject any changes (product can sell anyway). Simple tasks dragged for months. Common to use "risk" as an excuse for not trying. Blame others for everything but not proactively doing anything. - Local management sucks. Some management layers are created for random "leaders" who has no clue what is going on. Delegation of responsibility and decision making are standard. To be fair, some senior leaders are truly smart with clear vision, but you are not dealing with them everyday.) - If you still hope to achieve something with you life, this is not the place for you.
