Management expects employees to make their lives about work. If you're on and NPD project you are pushed to promise unrealistic timelines and when those timelines are not met the fingerpointing begins. Additionally, employees are treated unequally. Promotion practices are incredibly unjust. Managers are not trained properly or are promoted to leadership when they have not met the minimum requirements of prior levels. The workload is unmanageable and ideally requires 2-3 additional people to be executed properly, however those resources are not provided and employees are set up for failure. If you are looking to be in marketing, I would look somewhere else because you essentially function as sales support plus.

Pay is not fair. People coming in makes the same as the people who worked years ahead. They want to be competitive in paper but has yet to do right with the people who were there years before, Management plays a lot of favorites. You need to kiss a derrier to be promoted or be recognized. Sick leaves are not earned. Use your vacation or PTOs. Increases are abysmal.
